User agreement
I (hereinafter referred to as "I" and/or "User") agree to the terms of this User Agreement and, by using the site: ZooBonus.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving feedback, etc., I agree to the processing and protection of my personal data as a User, in the amount, procedure, in accordance with the purpose of processing in accordance with the Regulations on the processing of personal data posted here: (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations" and/or "Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data").

Personal data
In addition to the Regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", by filling out an application in the online pet store to consider the possibility of purchasing goods on credit and clicking the "Order Confirmed" button, I consent to the processing of my personal data specified in the application by the following persons: JSC "FUIB" (EDRPOU code 14282829), JSC "OTP BANK" (EDRPOU code 21685166), JSC "UKRSIBBANK" (EDRPOU code 09807750), LLC "FC "CFR" (EDRPOU code 35725063), JSC "ALFA-BANK" (code 23494714), JSC CB "PRIVATBANK" (code 14360570), JSC "UNIVERSAL BANK" (code 21133352), and other financial institutions that provide lending opportunities on the ZooBonus online pet store, in order to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, provision/receipt and settlement of payments for purchased goods/services, including through lending. I do not object to the verification of information by the financial institutions listed in this Agreement in any credit history bureaus of Ukraine in order to find out information related to the fulfillment of my obligations under the agreements (including if any), thereby understanding that the scope of information to be checked may include information related to bank secrecy, and the clarification of which will be complete and sufficient to understand my social, property status, solvency and possible further property liability, if necessary.
I also agree that the Owner has the right to provide access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing as defined in the Regulations and this Agreement. In particular, for verification of the information provided by me and I do not object to the transfer of this information to third parties for possible necessary clarification of this information, by which I mean: financial institutions, collection companies, mobile and postal operators, other individuals and/or legal entities.
I give my consent to request and receive from the credit bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit History Bureaus (hereinafter referred to as the "Bureau") data and information in the form of summary indicators formed on the basis of information contained in my credit history and/or on the basis of information available from open sources, from third parties, using the calculation models available to the Bureau, as well as to use this information by the Owner and/or third parties to determine and offer me the Owner in my personal account on the Internet pet store.
We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule that all employees of our service use and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the ZooBonus online pet store: when using the service, when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, any other communication in which data/information is exchanged. What information do we collect
In the online pet store ZooBonus, when you place an order, participate in a promotion, research or otherwise interact with us, we collect both personal information and general data.
Personal information relates to an individual user and is processed in the manner, within the limits, for the purposes specified in the Regulations. We do not require registration or provision of such information to browse the online pet store and gain access to its content.
In order to place an order for goods/services, participate in promotions, research or otherwise interact with us, you must carefully read your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data, which are specified in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the Regulations, carefully read this User Agreement and the Regulations, and express your full agreement with their terms.
If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Regulation on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).
You may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information at any time. To do this, just send an e-mail with a note in the subject line "Personal data" to: info@ZooBonus.ua

Why we process personal data
The term "personal data" is used in the meaning defined in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and is a set of information about the use of the data defined in the Regulation.
We may process your personal data for the purposes and for the purposes specified in the Regulations. In this case, one or more purposes may be applied simultaneously.
We act in accordance with this User Agreement, on the basis of the Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data and on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine. The owner of the personal data is the individual entrepreneur "", located at the address: Kyiv, ul. We have the right to store Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose specified in this User Agreement and the Regulations.

How we collect information
The purpose, goals of personal data processing, as well as other conditions for personal data processing are defined in the Regulations.
Personal information, as we noted above, comes directly from you and with your consent. Thus, when you register in an online pet store, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect the information necessary for your participation to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide so that we can place the order and deliver it to you. When you send us an e-mail, we store the e-mail address you provide so that we can respond to you, etc.
We also continuously collect general information when you visit our online pet store. The process of collecting such data is done through the use of cookies, as explained below.

Cookies.
Like many other companies, we use cookies on and off our online pet store. Cookies are pieces of information that the online pet store transfers to the hard disk of the consumer (User) to store information related to the online pet store. This technology expands your ability to use the Internet by preserving your priorities while browsing a particular site. Cookies do not contain any personal information and cannot customize your system or read information from your hard drive in any way.
When you browse our online pet store, we may place cookies on your computer. These temporary cookies are used to count the number of visits to our online pet store. They are deleted when you exit the browser. Persistent cookies can be stored on your computer by your browser. When you register, this type of cookie tells us whether you are visiting us for the first time or have visited our online pet store before. Cookies do not contain Personal Data and can be blocked by you at any time. Cookies do not receive personal information about you and do not provide us with your contact information, nor do they receive any information from your computer. We use cookies to determine the characteristics of the Online Pet Shop and the offers that you like the most in order to provide you with more information in which you are interested. In addition, cookies are used to make the ZooBonus online pet store safe, secure and convenient. Cookies ensure that security features are maintained and run. Cookies also allow you to track violations of the User Agreement by visitors or devices. Cookies help to estimate the number and frequency of requests, as well as to identify and block those visitors or devices that try to perform batch downloads of information from the Online Pet Shop.
The "help" label on the panel of most browsers will inform you how to prevent the browser from accepting new cookies, how to receive notifications from the browser that you have received new cookies, or how to disable cookies. Remember that cookies allow you to take full advantage of all the features of the ZooBonus online pet store, and we recommend that you leave them enabled.
In addition, the ZooBonus online pet store may contain links to sites that are not operated by the "". Such links are provided for informational purposes only. When you follow links to other sites, this Regulation and this User Agreement do not apply to such sites.
The technical equipment of the pages of the ZooBonus Online Pet Shop may include modules:
Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (youtube.com), Google+ (plus.google.com), Telegram, Instagram, Viber.
These modules can be buttons for synchronizing an account on the ZooBonus online pet store, Like, retweet or "Like", respectively. If a visitor opens one of the web pages equipped with such a plugin, his Internet browser will directly connect him to the servers of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. The plugin will transmit data to the server about which web pages of the ZooBonus online pet store the visitor has viewed. When using any functions of the plugin, this information will also be synchronized with the visitor's account on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube Telegram, Instagram, Viber. More detailed information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube Telegram, Instagram, Viber, as well as about the rights and opportunities for protecting personal data in this context can be found in the privacy section on the websites of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Youtube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber.

Contests and promotions
The online pet store ZooBonus sometimes posts notifications about promotions with the possibility to register online. In such cases, we will use the information you provide to run the promotion (for example, to notify you if you win). After a certain period of time after the end of the promotion, we delete your personal information from our database, unless you have given your consent to its storage and use for receiving further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you give your unequivocal consent to the free use of your name, surname, photo, interview or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photo in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with the media. Such use is not compensated (not paid).
The terms and conditions for the transfer of personal data to third parties in such cases are set out in the Regulations.

Prices and availability of goods
The description of the goods posted on the Online Pet Shop, including the prices indicated in the Online Pet Shop and information on the availability of goods, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, and range of goods available to the seller on the date of shipment. The final cost of the goods is indicated in the settlement and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) upon receipt of the order. In case of unavailability of the goods, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.

Third parties providing services
In the course of our work, we turn to other companies and individuals who perform many functions. For example, we fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer support, order certain agencies to administer promotional campaigns, and analyze data. These agencies may have access to personal information if it is necessary to perform their functions, but they are prohibited from using personal information for purposes other than those specified in our User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and we require them to maintain confidentiality.
General information concerns aspects such as the number of visitors to the online pet store, which pages they visit, what information they download, the type of web browser and operating system they use, the name of their Internet service provider, etc. When you visit our online pet store, we automatically receive this information and summarize it with similar data about other visitors. By collecting this information, we analyze how to better tailor our online pet store to the needs of our visitors.

Disclosure and transfer of data
Information on the terms of disclosure of personal data to third parties is contained in the Regulations.

Updating this Agreement
When you place an order, participate in a promotion, research or otherwise interact with us, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and the Regulations.
We may unilaterally change or update parts of this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Please review the User Agreement from time to time to be aware of any changes or updates. All changes to this User Agreement shall become effective upon their publication. In case any part of this User Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in force.
