Make a return to the call center manager 044 4903100 and send it to us by Nova Poshta (Vyshneve, Nova Poshta №1). Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after receipt.

Make a return in the store where you paid. Refunds are made within 3-5 business days (when paying by card).

Terms of return of goods

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", if you find a factory defect after purchasing a product in one of the ZooBonus stores or in the ZooBonus.ua online pet store, you can return or exchange it for another product within the first 14 days after purchase. The completeness and absence of defects in the product is checked during the transfer of the goods to the buyer.

Please note that only new goods that have not been in use and have no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, etc. are subject to exchange or return.

Also, the following must be preserved: complete set of goods, integrity and all packaging components, labels, manufacturer's markings.
