If your pet is lost
Make sure your profile has the right information about the pet and all contact details so that the finder can get back to you as soon as possible.
The animal finder scans the QR code or calls you on the phone
The QR code is scanned with your smartphone and you will receive a notification with the geolocation of your pet's location. For more information, the finder can enter the QR passport number and view the owner's profile, i.e. your profile.
Your friend's coming home
With an Animal ID QR, the finder can choose any appropriate contact option to ensure your pet is returned home as soon as possible.

IF THE PET IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE DATABASE animal-id.net:
– visit animal-id.net, the functionality supports multi-lingual versions, including Ukrainian. Register on the site. You can also download the Animal ID app to your smartphone for free from GooglePay or AppStore;
– click on the «Register your pet» button, add information about your pet by filling in the form fields. Make sure you have saved all the necessary data;
– click the «Activate QR Passport» button, where enter the passport number and activation code, which are indicated on the back of the Pronature Smart ID token, in the corresponding fields;
– if necessary, add more information about your pet and enter additional contact details in your profile;
– activate owner profile.
IF THE PET IS REGISTERED IN THE DATABASE animal-id.net
– log in to your pet's profile using your username and password;
– click on the «Activate QR Passport» button in the pet's profile. Enter the passport number and activation code, which are indicated on the back of the Pronature Smart ID token, into the corresponding fields.
