INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. Select a cartridge according to the intensity of hair care: INTENSIVE CARE - black cartridge. DELICATE CARE - white cartridge.
2. Determine your pet's coat type and select the side of the cartridge and insert it into the deshedder: FOR SOFT COAT - ''THIN'' side. For ROUGH WOOL, the THICK side.
3. Select the combing mode: FOR SHORT HAIR - button position 1 - the teeth of the cartridge are half extended. FOR LONG HAIR - button position 2 - the teeth of the cartridge are fully extended.
4. Use the deshedder in the direction of the coat.
5. Avoid repeated combing of wool in the same area.
6. Be careful in sensitive areas: near the eyes and nose, on the abdomen, in the groin.
7. Wool removal - press the button position 0 – the teeth of the cartridge are drawn into the nozzle, and the hair is removed from the teeth.
CHANGE CARTRIDGE:
1. Press the button on the nozzle, and without removing your finger from the button, move it in the direction from the handle as far as possible forward and holding the button down, smoothly pull the cartridge out of the nozzle with a smooth movement of the other hand.
2. While holding down the button, insert the required cartridge: white - for delicate combing, black - for intensive combing. Or change the side of the cartridge for the type of wool - ''THIN'' - for soft wool, ''THICK'' - for hard wool.
3. Deshedder FOLI is ready to use with the most suitable cartridge for your pet's coat.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Do not use wet wool.
2. Not intended for use on wool that is heavily tangled.
3. Only use the FoOlee deshedder on animal hair.
4. Do not use on damaged areas of the animal's skin. Therefore, for safety reasons, inspect your animal before using the deshedder.
5. Gently comb out sensitive areas (for example, hair on the muzzle, near the genitals, anus, paws, ears, eyes, etc.). If in doubt, seek the advice of a veterinarian.
6. If you notice redness on the skin of your pet, it is better not to comb it and contact your veterinarian.
7. To facilitate the combing process and keep the tool in working condition and integrity, it is recommended to use the FoOlee deshedder on pure wool.
8. Treat FoOlee with care - this is a high-quality and precision instrument, and mechanical impacts may damage the instrument.
9. In case of damage to the removable cartridge, it is recommended to change it by contacting the official website of the company www.Foolee.eu
WARRANTY SERVICE:
1. The manufacturer provides a lifetime warranty for FoOlee Easee®!
2. Go to the official website www.Foolee.eu. Register your application by filling out the form and indicating the reason for the return.

4. Submit FoOlee Easee® (handle + detachable part, no combs!), enclose your receipt (or receipt), remembering to include your name, mailing address, phone number and reason for return. 5. Pay the amount of 9.90 euros for shipping, by bank card or cheque. You can also pay with a bank card by calling +33 4 77 58 80 61. If you decide to pay for the postage by check, then it must be included in the parcel.
6. The manufacturer's specialists will process your request as quickly as possible.
7. If you purchased FoOlee Easee® less than 1 year (from the date of purchase). If the reason for the return is justified, the manufacturer will send you a replacement handle and/or removable part, and will fully refund your costs of €9.90.
8. If you purchased FoOlee Easee® more than 1 year ago (from the date of purchase), the warranty is still valid. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs (€ 9.90) and are not covered by the warranty.
9. Without a receipt, or a check, the manufacturer does not accept tools for replacement and the warranty is not valid.
10. If the return of the tool is not justified, FoOlee will send it back to you and the cost will not be refunded in this case.
11. This warranty does not cover any aesthetic damage.
